Samuel Adeneye, 49, and Oyerinde Olawunmi have been summoned before The Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecutions for a human skull found in the ceiling of  St. Peter Cherubim and Seraphim band on Moses Adebisi Street, in Ketu on July 2013.
The suspects reported to have threatened to kill some of the pastors in the church who they accused to be members of a secret cult organisation.
ASP Franklin Alade and Cpl Deleojo Odunayo of the  Special Anti-robbery Squad are also involved in the case for abuse of public office.
Adeneye and Olawunmi had informed the two SARS officers about the case of cultism in the church and according to reports, the policemen stormed the church without any search warrant and headed directly to the ceiling where the human skull was found.
Further investigation by the police on the case revealed that the suspects might have planted the evidence to implicate the church pastors.
However the suspects were apprehended and charged before a Surulere Magistrate’s Court on charges of possession of human head.
The case has been adjourned to July 1, 2014 by the magistrate, Mrs. A.O Adedayo .The Trent Reported
