I hereby would like to announce to the whole country that the photo that circulated was a misconception by a  malicious person who had his intentions and goals go through.

Lets stop sharing the wrong things, Desire  is  our good member of the Ugandan society whose reputation and dignity has to be maintained although theere could be some mistakes here and there...................................................................
