This marks the ninth consecutive year of partnership between Ethan Allen and HGTV’s signature design showcase. The custom-built, approximately 3,200-square-foot vacation home on Martha’s Vineyard is a one-story Cape Cod-style home featuring an open floor plan and generous views. The signature design showcase offered by HGTV presents a perfect platform for Ethan Allen’s styles, most of which are still crafted by hand in the company’s North American workshops.

The HGTV Dream Home 2015, designed by architect Patrick Ahearn, features dormer windows, twin chimneys, a cupola for light, white cedar shingles and shutters. The 23-foot vaulted great room centers the house while an entire wing is dedicated to the master suite.
The beachy vibe throughout is a perfect example of the more relaxed, informal direction Ethan Allen is taking with hundreds of new designs called “The Next Classics.”
