Tanzanian vocalist Diamond Platnumz has reached a momentous achievement within Africa's music industry. He has now become the first sub-Saharan African artist to exceed 8 million subscribers on YouTube. With a career spanning more than 13 years, Diamond Platnumz has consistently held sway over the music scene since making his professional debut in 2012. Emerging as the foremost artist among the top 10 musicians boasting the highest YouTube subscriber counts in Sub-Saharan Africa, Diamond Platnumz showcases an impressive tally of over 8.01 million subscribers. His YouTube journey began on June 12, 2011, and he has accumulated an astounding 2.26 billion views and still counting.
