A teenage boy is in a critical condition after he was gang raped at a party by a group of men.
The 15-year-old was attacked in Kentucky in a horrendous assault that was also filmed using a mobile phone.
Three men have been charged with a serious sexual assault, promoting a sexual performance by a minor and use of a minor in sexual performance.
Tyler Perry, 19, Dayton Ross Jones, 20, and Samuel Miller, 18, and two 17-year-olds are accused of assaulting the boy last Sunday at a party in Hopkinsville - around 75 miles northwest of Nashville.
They are also alleged to have captured the incident on video and shared the footage via mobile phone.
Authorities do not know if the footage was shared online.
The victim was critically injured in the assault. He is still in hospital but is said to be improving.
Perry has also been charged with tampering with physical evidence, while Jones and Miller face additional charges of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, authorities said.
Perry, Jones and Miller are being held on a $1 million bond each, according to the Christian County Jail.
Jones has been dismissed from the Arkansas State University golf team while the investigation is carried out.
