Babaluku clarifies that Navio and Omutujju are not engaged in a competition.

During an Urban TV interview, seasoned rapper Babaluku stressed that Navio and Gravity Omutujju are distinct talents catering to different social groups.

He highlighted the substantial difference in their musical careers, with Navio having a longer presence in the industry compared to Omutujju. Their music styles also diverge significantly, with Navio being recognized for his lyrical rap and Omutujju for his more danceable kidandali rhythms.

Babaluku underlined that the circumstance of both artists having concerts on the same day is not a significant issue and doesn't imply direct competition. He conveyed that Navio and Omutujju possess unique fan bases, and their respective concerts are likely to be successful.

Moreover, Babaluku expressed his dissent regarding Omutujju's decision to transition from hip hop to adopt a kidandali beat. He contended that hip hop serves as a platform for storytelling, and Omutujju's new style might not be as impactful for the youth. Nevertheless, Babaluku acknowledged that as long as Omutujju is content and generating income, his artistic choices hold value regardless of personal preferences.
