In a recent television interview, Walukagga boldly characterized Geosteady as an emerging artist in comparison to himself. He cited this distinction as the primary reason for his reluctance to share a concert date. "Compared to me, Geosteady is still an upcoming artist," commented Singer Mathias Walukagga on his decision not to coincide with Geosteady's concert date. This conflict arose when it became evident that both artists had planned concerts on the same day. Geosteady had announced his event, "Geosteady Live in Concert," scheduled to take place at Hotel Africana on September 8, 2023.
